1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between mw555 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("the Player," "User," or "you") with respect to your access to and use of the mw555 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, promotional offers, and all associated services (collectively, "the Services").

3 Account Management

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the mw555 platform at any given time. The opening of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your mw555 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) used for two-factor authentication. You must not share your login details with any third party. mw555 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

4 Deposits & Payments

mw555 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be reflected in the mw555 cashier interface. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

All payment methods used to fund your mw555 account must be registered in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to or funded by third parties is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a potential indicator of money laundering, triggering immediate account review and possible suspension.

mw555 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose transaction fees for which mw555 accepts no responsibility. Deposits are credited to your mw555 account in real time in most cases; where delays occur, please contact mw555 support with your transaction reference number.

• mw555 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or made in breach of these Terms.
• Chargeback requests initiated against mw555 deposits will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• mw555 is not responsible for funds lost during a deposit transaction due to errors on the part of the player's payment provider.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. mw555 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) banking business days for bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

Before processing a withdrawal request, mw555 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS/GSIS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license) and proof of residential address. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by mw555 may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.

Withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with these Terms, bonus wagering requirements, and anti-money laundering obligations. mw555 reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal for up to five (5) business days where additional verification is required.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page within the mw555 platform. The following general conditions apply to all mw555 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified mw555 account holders who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each specific promotion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new mw555 players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, and device.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mw555 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mw555 platform solely for your personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any mw555 content without prior written consent from mw555.

Any unauthorized use of mw555 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Limitation of Liability

mw555 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. mw555 will use reasonable endeavors to notify players of planned maintenance windows in advance.

mw555's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your mw555 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

mw555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotion-specific terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct on the platform.
• Continued operation of the account would expose mw555 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires suspension or closure of the account.

Upon closure of an account for cause, mw555 may withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where no breach is established, real-money balances (excluding bonus balances not yet converted) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their mw555 account may do so by contacting mw555 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be disbursed to the player's registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

13 Responsible Gaming

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and mw555 through the mw555 support escalation process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Where mw555 is required to comply with directions or orders of Philippine regulatory authorities — including but not limited to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) — such compliance shall not constitute a breach of these Terms and mw555 shall not be liable for any resulting impact on your account or Services access.
